Quarantine mindset

I know with eveything happening right now i thought i would share with you by best tips for when i'm feeling anxious and just need some time to help my mind and body

Giving yourself that little bit of me time is well worth it. if its only for 10 minutes or even 2 hours, it doesnt matter what matter is, is that you are listening to your body and letting your self relax during these mad times.

I will be posting some more interesing things that i think would help people during this COVID-19 over the next couple of weeks
